This is a contract for puppy prices 400.00-700.00. 300.00-399.99 will have the same contract however it will be for 8months. anything under 300.00 has a 72 hour contract.

The seller warrants that the buyer will be sold ownership of the above dog.

4)Warranties 4.1)The buyer must take the above dog/puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a thorough exam, the necessary shots and medication withing three(3) business days from the date of purchase. Buyer understands that seller will not cover any vet bills or medications:_______initial

Any Implied health warranty is void if the buyer does not make a vet visit within the prescribed period of time. _____initial

If at this time your vet finds a health condition that is life threatening. The buyer agrees to notify the seller immediately within 24 hours of findings and returns the puppy/dog within 3 business days of the findings along with all paperwork and statement from the licensed vet of the findings the seller at this time will take the dog/puppy to their vet for a second opinion and at this time if both are at an agreement the kennel will give a full refund of the purchase price:______initial

4.2) Seller warrants that the dog is a purbred/hybrid. The dog is registerable unless the form is withheld as indicated in section 1 above ___initial

4.3)The buyer understands that the seller has limited information and control regarding the future temperament, habits and appearance of the dog/puppy and hence does not warrant such.______initial

4.4)jBuyer understands that the puppy must be wormed on a regular basis. Therefore seller does not warrant for internal or external parasites. ______initial

5)Treatment of the Dog 5.1)This dog is to be kept as a house pet only. Extensive time in outside areas, garage or tied up outside is not allowed. The dog is not to be used as an attack do or a guard dog for people, animals or property._______initial

5.2)The dog is never to run off lead except in a safely enclosed area._____initial

5.4)The buyer shall provide the animal with humane care and maintain it in accordance with all current and future state, county and municipal laws and ordinances where the buyer resides or will reside.

6)Nuvet Nutritional Supplement 6.1) The puppy must stay on the nuvet nutritional supplement for the duration of one (1) year for the contract to be valid_____initial

6.2)Buyer must order the nuvet supplement within 7 days of the purchase of the puppy______initial

6.3)If at anytime the nutritional supplement is not ordered or stopped before the year ends then the contract and all contents is voided.

7)One (1) year Guarantee 7.1)The dog is guaranteed for 1 year against life threatening hereditary and congenital diseases.

7.2 If the dog is found to have any life threatening problems the the buyer will return the dog, all paperwork and a written statement from thevet of the findings within 7 days of the findings.____

7.3)The seller will then take the puppy to their vet for a second opinion at that time both vets agree to the problems then the seller will exchange the dog for a dog of equal or lesser value from any litter of up to 1 year._____initial

7.4)In order for this guarantee to be valid the dog must be up to date on all health checkups, vaccinations, wormings and be on their nuvet supplements as stated. ______initial

1.You are purchasing this puppy/dog as is there is no guarantees of any kind with this puppy/do of any kind

72 hour guarantee

this is for puppies under $300.0

1. You will have 72 hours to get your new puppy to the vet if at this time the vet finds any problems that can be life threatening we will refund or exchange your puppy

Stud Contract

1. Using one of our males for stud you need to follow the rules below

2. Your female must be brucellosis tested

3. Your female must be 2 years old before we will consider studding to her

4. Your female must have a letter from your vet no more then 10 days from date of studding stating she is healthy enough to be bred

5. We will either charge a stud fee(price depending on the breed) or at times we do take pick of litter

SHIPPING

$350.00 through delta airlines.For small 5-8lb dogs/puppies

We will hand deliver your new puppy to you up to 8 hour round trip for $300.00. If we have 2 or more puppies going to the same area we will travel further.
