Puppy guarantee

1.You will have 3 days to take your new puppy to the vet. If your vet finds anything at this time we will exchange or refund purchase price

2. You will get a 1 year guarantee against life threatening congineital and hereditary diesease. If it is found to have either we will exchange your puppy

3. Your puppy is required to stay on a nuvet supplement for the duration of the contract

4. spay/nuetered is not required but prefered.

5. if puppy must be returned. all shipping is the buyers responsiblity and the seller will pay for return of new puppy. If you are getting a refund we will refund purchase price only.

As Is

This contract is for older dogs

1.You are purchasing this puppy/dog as is there is no guarantees of any kind with this puppy/do of any kind

72 hour guarantee

this is for puppies under $300.0

1. You will have 72 hours to get your new puppy to the vet if at this time the vet finds any problems that can be life threatening we will refund or exchange your puppy

Stud Contract

1. Using one of our males for stud you need to follow the rules below

2. Your female must be brucellosis tested

3. Your female must be 2 years old before we will consider studding to her

4. Your female must have a letter from your vet no more then 10 days from date of studding stating she is healthy enough to be bred

5. We will either charge a stud fee(price depending on the breed) or at times we do take pick of litter

SHIPPING

Below is our shipping cost and where we deliver

$350.00 through delta airlines.

We will hand deliver your new puppy to you up to 8 hour round trip for $300.00. If we have 2 or more puppies going to the same area we will travel further.
